At iFruits Market, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. Please review our return policy below.
1General Items — Grocery, Frozen & Snacks
Timeframe: Within 3 days after purchase.
Required: Bring or provide a photo of the original receipt and the faulty item, or return the item to the original store.
2Fruits, Vegetables & Milk
Timeframe: Within 3 days after purchase.
Required: Bring or provide a photo of the original receipt and the faulty item, or return the item to the original store.
Note: Banana, Papaya, Kiwi, Avocado, and other stone fruits are subject to case-by-case evaluation due to ripeness conditions.
3Compensation
Exchange with the same or a similar item of equal value, OR refund based on the item's value.
4e-Invoice Cancellation & Adjustment
- Per LHDN guidelines, an issued e-Invoice may be cancelled within 72 hours of validation.
- After 72 hours, a Credit Note will be issued instead of a cancellation.
- Please contact our team immediately if any details on your e-Invoice are incorrect.
This policy is provided in good faith and does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 (Malaysia).
